Trading Terms

Goods sold on this site are of an adult nature and as such require customers to be of a minimum age of at least 18 years. By purchasing any goods from this site you are in fact confirming that you are 18 years of age or older. Goods sold by KinkyMinx are sold as an adult novelty only.

Discreet Billing

If purchasing using a credit card you will be discreetly billed. The biller name of the transaction on your credit card statement will appear as "Dimace".

Orders

By clicking on "Place Order" on completion of check out you are agreeing to purchase the goods added to your cart at the Grand Total price specified with acceptance of our trading terms and conditions specified on this page, along with the conditions outlined in our Shipping Policy and Returns Policy.

This process binds you to a contractual agreement with KinkyMinx whereby payment will be made by the method selected in the Payment Information stage of the check out process.

KinkyMinx is an Australian owned and run business. All transactions are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

If you elect to pay via Bank Deposit please ensure that the deposit is made within 3 business days from the order date. If payment is not made, goods will not be shipped and a KinkyMinx representative may contact you.

If for what ever reason any goods ordered are not available, you will be contacted by a KinkyMinx representative within 2 business days and will be offered a choice of a complete refund of the purchase costs or be given store credit to the value of the purchased sum.

Kinky Points

• Kinky Points will not be awarded for bonus (Free) items, items 'On Sale' or postage costs.
• Kinky Points are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. A statement of your Kinky Points can be viewed in your 'My Account' section.
• Kinky Points will not be awarded to cancelled, declined or fraudulent orders or activity.
• Kinky Points will not be awarded on orders where you are redeeming Kinky Points.
• Kinky Points can not be used to discount on postage costs.
