Shipping Policy

100% discretion... Here's how we do it :~)

1. All items are picked from our warehouse, wrapped in bubble wrap and discretely shipped out in standard Australian Post Express satchels.
2. There are no markings or labelling on the postage satchels that could reveal the contents of the parcel.
3. The name of the business on the return address is initialled as "KM" so there is no way to determine the source of the parcel.
4. At no stage are the contents of the package revealed to anybody outside of KinkyMinx operations.
5. If you choose to pay via credit card, you will be billed discretely; the name appearing on your statement will be "Dimace Pty Ltd".

Discreet billing & postage

KinkyMinx utilizes Australia Post Express for all shipments and charges a fixed flat rate of $9.95 per order (unless off course you qualify for free shipping) with the aim of delivery within 2 business days from dispatch (most of the time we will get it to you within 1 business day). Australia Post Registered will only be used if a product is of an unusual size or considered valuable or delicate - this method generally requires an additional business day for a product to be received.

• Your order is delivered discreetly with no KinkyMinx markings or branding on the parcel itself.
• If there is nobody available at the delivery address at the time of delivery, collection will be possible at your local Post office.
• Shipping occurs each day. In the majority of cases (unless there is an unusual circumstance), shipping staff will process orders in a 'first in first shipped' manner, e.g. if you make an order on a Saturday morning, come Monday your order will most likely be shipped prior to orders made Saturday afternoon, Sunday or Monday. You may also elect to have your parcel left at your door at your own risk. (KinkyMinx will not cover loss or theft of a parcel that has been left with an authority to leave by the customer. Orders will be processed for shipment on clearance of payment.)
• Bank deposits and eCheques require clearance that may take up to 3-7 working days depending on the bank your are with.
• KinkyMinx reserves a period of 4 business days from the purchase date to ship your parcel (in most cases shipping will occur on the same day or within 24 hours of purchase). Please allow up to 10 business days to receive your parcel (this is the worst case scenario, in reality this time is significantly less). Delivery times depend on a parcel's destination. Based on this, Australia Post has the following delivery times

Australia Post Express

Australia Post Next business day delivery is guaranteed, if posted between locations within the same Express Post Next Business Day network on a business day Monday to Friday in accordance with the conditions set out on the Express Post item. That is, Express Shipment orders generally arrive on the next business day after shipment.

Here are a few example scenarios:

• If you made an order on Saturday your order would be shipped on Monday and arrive on Tuesday.
• If you made an order before 4pm (EST - Sydney Time) on Monday your order will be shipped on Monday and arrive on Tuesday.
• If you made an order after 4pm on Monday then your order will be shipped on Tuesday and arrive on Wednesday, etc.

Next Business Day Delivery Networks

The national next business day network operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only) and a number of other important centres. In each State an additional next business day delivery network is available between a number of places not included in the national network. Beyond these networks, the fastest possible delivery is provided on a non-guaranteed basis.
